All incoming middle school and high school students are to complete a REQUIRED summer reading assignment for September. Students entering grades K-6 are encouraged to join the summer reading program at South Plainfield Public Library.
- South Plainfield High School - There are two additional summer reading assignments for the high school AP English class that are not included on the list. They are Oedipus Rex, Sophocles and On Writing Well, Zinsser. Students should contact the AP teacher for further assignments.
