Board Goals:

1. The Board of Education will continue to acknowledge and celebrate the successful achievements of students as well as student success in programs presented in the virtual learning environment.

    

2. The Board of Education will foster an inclusive and welcoming climate for all students and staff to ensure equitable access of curriculum goals and professional development.

    

3. To ensure reopening plans are followed, reviewed and revised as necessary to meet end goals all while following the State and Federal mandates and guidelines

District Goals:

1. The South Plainfield School District will work in partnership with outside agencies 

   and the community in order to bring onsite mental health counseling to students to strengthen their social emotional wellbeing.

    

2. The South Plainfield School District will increase virtual resources to assist teachers in instruction through Google applications and extension platforms.  Resources will include virtual curriculum programming and other necessary virtual materials to aid in online remote learning.

    

3. The South Plainfield School District will enhance security of assets to support the everchanging threat landscape.  These enhancements will include the strengthening of the infrastructure, enabling multifactor authentication, removing identifiable information from public access, and implementing quarterly scanning for newly published vulnerabilities.
