Known issues:

Resolved as of 10/11/17------------10/04/17-Replying to emails originating from the help desk ticketing system are not reaching their destination. Please login to the ticketing system if you need to reply/update a ticket.

Starting in October, we will be implementing our new email filtering solution for the district’s email.  We will now be using Barracuda email filtering, as opposed to Lightspeed.   We plan to start the migration to the new filtering on the Friday, September 29th
