Franklin School will be hosting Multicultural Day on Wednesday, May 24th during school hours. We are looking for interested parents/guardians to run information booths in the gymnasium, highlighting your heritage and culture.
Suggested format: You may use a tri-fold display board as a centerpiece for your display. The display board should include the location of the country on a map/continent, the capital city, and the language. Some additional topics for your display and booth are sports and games, national celebrations, a culinary theme, and a display showing a "day in the life of a typical child" from morning to night (their meals, their school, their family, their sports & games, their religion).
You are welcome to wear a traditional costume. Food will not be permitted.
